A routine journey on the R38 between Hendrina and Carolina ended in tragedy earlier today, claiming the lives of four people in a devastating head-on collision. The incident serves as a grim reminder of the dangers posed by wet weather and the fragility of life on our roads.

This means significantly reducing speed and increasing the following distance between vehicles.
