Officials confirmed the bakkie driver and passenger died instantly, while six passengers from the minibus were rushed to Letaba and Van Velden hospitals with moderate to serious injuries.

Early investigations suggest reckless overtaking on a barrier line may have triggered the Limpopo crash. Authorities have launched a full probe into the circumstances.
