Culture Craze
Bobbi Althoff and Drake Reunite on ‘Not This Again’ Podcast After Fallout

When podcaster Bobbi Althoff first climbed into bed with Drake in 2023, the world stopped scrolling and started watching. That debut episode of The Really Good Podcast launched her career overnight, but it also sparked months of rumours, drama, and an eventual falling out that played out publicly on Instagram. Now, in 2025, Althoff has relaunched her format under a new banner, Not This Again, and yes, she’s back in bed with the Canadian superstar.
A rocky history that shaped a viral moment
At just 28, Bobbi Althoff has managed to reinvent podcast culture with her awkward, deadpan interviews. Drake was her first big fish, followed by Offset, Lil Yachty, and Funny Marco. Yet, that very first Drake interview was mysteriously deleted weeks later, fuelling speculation that the podcaster’s messy divorce and whispers of an alleged fling with the rapper had something to do with it.
When both unfollowed each other on Instagram, fans assumed the professional friendship was done for good. In truth, as the new episode reveals, it was a petty text exchange at one of Drake’s Los Angeles shows that escalated into a full digital block.
The Switzerland reunion
For their reunion, Althoff and Drake retreated to a cosy bed setup in Switzerland, framed by gloomy mountain views and fuelled by drinks. The tone was lighter, but the conversation quickly turned to the past. Althoff admitted she had lashed out with a sharp message during his concert, only to be blocked everywhere within minutes.
Drake explained his side, revealing he pulled the original episode because he felt the backlash fell squarely on him. In a candid moment, he even joked about phoning her upcoming guests to cancel their interviews. Both apologised on air, setting the stage for fresh banter that reminded fans why their pairing went viral in the first place.
Clearing rumours and keeping it playful
Of course, no Drake interview would be complete without addressing the internet’s favourite theories. Althoff confronted him about whispers of cosmetic surgery, including so-called “fake abs” and even a BBL. Drake laughed it off, admitting the rumours probably came from an over-edited gym selfie he had posted. “BBL Drizzy” may live on as a meme, but the rapper insists it is nothing more than digital enhancement.
Why this episode matters
For fans, the reunion feels like closure. Two internet sensations, both known for their dry wit and self-awareness, chose to turn their messy offline history into content rather than continue a silent feud. Social media reactions have been split between those who see it as clever marketing and those who genuinely enjoy the pair’s awkward chemistry. Either way, Althoff’s latest move cements her reputation for knowing how to stir the pot, and Drake proves once again that he knows how to play along.
