Krugersdorp CPF Member Found Dead in Garden with Stab Wounds, Dog Also Dead

In a heartbreaking incident in Wentworth Park, Krugersdorp, a 53-year-old Community Policing Forum (CPF) Sector 4 patroller was found murdered in his garden on Friday afternoon. The victim, whose identity has not yet been revealed, was discovered with multiple stab wounds, alongside his deceased dog.
The body of the man was found by police in the garden of his home. According to Gauteng Police spokesperson, Dimakatso Sello, the victim’s dog was also found dead at the scene. It’s believed that the suspect in this case is a day worker employed as a gardener at the residence.
Sello confirmed that no arrests had been made by the time of the report, and investigations were ongoing. “As far as we are aware, the suspect is an alleged day worker employed as a gardener,” Sello stated. However, the police are continuing to investigate all possible leads.
