Winning numbers and jackpot estimates for 3 June 2026
The National Lottery draws for Wednesday, 3 June 2026 produced new winning numbers for Lotto, Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto 5 Max. Wednesday draws take place at 21:00 (SA time) on e.tv and SABC 2.
Jackpot estimates

Lotto Plus 1: estimated at R1.5 million
Lotto 5 Max: estimated at R11.5 million
Winning numbers 3 June 2026

Lotto Plus 1 (6 numbers + MP1): 2, 28, 45, 49, 51, 52 MP1: 23
Lotto 5 Max (6 numbers + MP1): 2, 4, 6, 25, 29, 42 MP1: 3
How the games work
Players choose six numbers between 1 and 52. Six numbered balls are drawn without replacement from that set. Prizes are awarded to players who match at least three of the six drawn numbers, with larger prizes for matching more numbers. The top prize is won by matching all six numbers.
The chance of matching all six numbers in Lotto is stated as 1 in 20 358 520. If no player wins the jackpot, it rolls over to the next draw.
New features and optional extras include MP1, an extra number players can elect to pick at 7x the ticket price. Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto 5 Max give players additional chances to win for an extra fee when buying a Lotto ticket.
Differences between the games
- Lotto: entry fee is R5.00 per board.
- Lotto Plus 1: the same as Lotto but offers a second chance; players pay an extra R2.50 per board to enter.
- Lotto 5 Max: the same mechanics as Lotto with a third chance to win for an extra R2.50 per board. Lotto 5 Max includes a guaranteed payout approach where, if the jackpot is not won after a set number of consecutive draws, prize money is shared among lower winning tiers.
