The victims were reportedly the store manager, bakery manager and administration manager.

Shooting during disciplinary hearing

KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Colonel Robert Netshiunda said the suspect had gone to the store to attend an internal disciplinary hearing when he allegedly pulled out a firearm and shot three people.

All three victims were declared dead at the scene.

The footage appears to show him opening fire at close range before leaving the scene.
