Offset intervened in a tense street confrontation in Monaco after a video surfaced showing him accusing a driver of rough behaviour toward women, according to IOL.

What the video shows

According to IOL, the footage captures the former Migos rapper in a heated exchange outside a black van in Monaco on Monday morning. The clip, which has circulated widely on social media, shows bystanders gathered around the vehicle as the confrontation unfolds.

Allegations from witnesses

According to IOL, witnesses at the scene alleged that the chauffeur had been acting aggressively towards several women, allegedly pulling their hair and attempting to force them out of the vehicle. The report did not provide confirmation beyond those witness accounts.

Offset’s words in the footage

In the video, Offset can be heard repeatedly calling out the driver’s alleged conduct. According to IOL, he says:

“You touching women, you putting your hands on women? You a b****,”

“He’s grabbing women by their neck. He’s grabbing the girls by their neck. I don’t give a f***”

“If he grab one more girl like that, Imma beat him the f*** up.”

Several women are visible near the van as the scene grows more chaotic and more people gather. One clip circulating online appears to show another man getting involved before that footage ends.

Police response and aftermath

According to IOL, it remains unclear what happened before cameras started recording, and there has been no confirmation that police were called to the scene. No arrests or charges have been reported, the report says.

Context

According to IOL, the incident occurred hours after Monaco’s star-studded Grand Prix weekend had concluded.
