PowerBall R69.5m winner yet to claim check your ticket now
A R69,520,478.30 PowerBall prize from Friday night’s draw remains unclaimed. The National Lottery winner has not yet come forward to collect the money, so players are being urged to check their tickets.
Winning numbers published
The published winning numbers from the draw are listed as follows: PowerBall: 9, 14, 27, 32, 34; PowerBall: 15; PowerBall XTRA: 5, 21, 39, 46, 47; and Powerball: 12. Players are advised to verify the numbers on the National Lottery website.
How to claim winnings
The published claim rules note that winners who placed bets at retail stores can claim immediately for prizes of up to R10,000 at an approved participating store.
Prizes of up to R249,999 can be claimed via the online channel. The online claim process offers two methods, both of which are processed within 72 working hours. Payments may be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from the Sizekhaya iLottery Wallet, orif the bet was placed through a banking appthe money can be auto-paid to the winner’s bank account through online banking channels.
The Sizekhaya process also allows winners who placed bets online and at stores to claim at Sizekhaya offices, where payment will be issued electronically and processed within 72 hours.
Other entry details
Ticket sales close at 8:30pm on any given draw day. Published terms and conditions state that all players must be 18 years or older.
