Porsha Williams has always been one for a headline moment. From “Real Housewives” brawls to whirlwind romances, the Atlanta reality star knows how to keep viewers intrigued. Now, just months after finalising her divorce, she’s shaking things up again, this time by revealing that she’s dating both a man and a woman.

“He is nice and she is nice,” Porsha opens up at CultureCon

Appearing at CultureCon, Williams gave the crowd exactly what they came for: candid, unfiltered honesty. “The people who I’m talking to now, it’s just two,” she said with a grin. “I narrowed it down to two, and he is nice and she is nice.”

The audience gasped, but Williams wasn’t finished. She explained that after years of dating toxic partners, she’s finally connecting with people who feel “normal.” “I’m having a hard time opening up because they’re not narcissists,” she said. “Narcissists love-bomb you. They do everything right, they mirror you and these people don’t.”

It was a rare glimpse into the personal growth of a woman who’s lived much of her adult life under Bravo’s magnifying glass.

From scandal to self-awareness

This isn’t the first time Porsha has teased her sexuality on screen. Fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta will remember her playful flirtation with LaToya Ali during Cynthia Bailey’s bachelorette party, a wild Season 13 moment that ended with a kiss and the now-iconic line, “Now I’m a lesbian!”

That episode became one of RHOA’s most talked-about scenes, fuelling speculation about Porsha’s sexuality long before she ever addressed it publicly.

A love life that’s never been simple

Porsha’s new dating revelations come after a messy and very public split from Nigerian-born businessman Simon Guobadia, whom she married in 2022. Their relationship began controversially after Porsha met him through his then-wife, Falynn Pina, on the show.

The marriage, which lasted barely a year, unravelled amid allegations of betrayal and deceit. According to People and BravoTV, Williams reportedly discovered through home cameras that other women had been visiting their home while she was away. Guobadia, for his part, claimed he was blindsided and accused her of being after his wealth.

The drama only escalated when Guobadia faced legal troubles, including fraud and immigration allegations that led to his reported deportation to Nigeria in 2025. Their divorce was finalised in June of that year, ending a marriage filled with lawsuits, defamation claims, and online chaos.

Owning her narrative

In true Porsha fashion, she’s not hiding from any of it. Instead, she’s flipping the script. Her revelation about dating both a man and a woman isn’t about shock value; it’s about reclaiming control of her story.

On social media, reactions have been split between admiration and amusement. Many fans praised her openness, calling it a “new era” for Porsha, while others joked that she’s “living the ultimate reality show plot twist.”

Whether you love her or love to hate her, it’s clear that Williams isn’t shrinking from the spotlight. After years of public ups and downs, she’s choosing herself and enjoying the freedom to explore what love looks like on her own terms.
