Benoni Waste Depot Manager Discovered Deceased in Kempton Park
The police are currently investigating a murder case following the discovery of the decomposed body of Benoni Waste Depot Manager Sello Mojela in Esselen Park, Kempton Park, on October 24. The Norkem Park SAPS had received a missing person report days before Mojela’s body was found behind a Transnet facility.

Ekurhuleni metro spokesperson Zweli Dlamini confirmed Mojela’s appointment as Solid Waste Manager in December 2017, expressing a desire for swift justice in apprehending the perpetrators.
The DA has urged the SAPS to conduct a thorough investigation, and Councillor Tiaan Kotze raised concerns about the tragic circumstances surrounding Mojela’s discovery.
