Second car Accident in a Week Caused by Open Holes on Beyers Naudé Drive

A motorist was injured on Tuesday after his car went into a hole on Beyers Naudé Drive in Waterval, Johannesburg. According to Netcare 911, the driver lost control of his vehicle, causing it to leave the road and land in the excavated hole as reported by the Times Live.

An advanced life support paramedic treated the man at the scene before transporting him to a hospital for further care.

This incident follows another accident on Friday night where a motorist was injured after driving into a trench allegedly left open by Johannesburg Water on the same road.
