AKA Murder Case Moves To Durban High Court As Trial Date Nears

More than two years after the shocking killing of rapper Kiernan Forbes, the case is finally edging closer to a full trial.

The murder case involving Forbes and his close friend Tebello Motsoane has now been officially transferred to the Durban High Court, marking a major turning point in one of the country’s most closely watched investigations.

In a move that speeds up the legal process, the accused recently abandoned their bail applications. This decision effectively cleared the way for the matter to proceed directly to the High Court.
