PowerBall combined jackpot at R102 million as draw set for tonight

How winners can claim prizes

The National Lottery guidance on claims describes different channels depending on the prize amount:

• Winners who placed bets at retail stores can claim immediately at their approved participating store for prizes up to R10 000.
• Winnings of up to R249 999 can be claimed via the online channel; the two online claim methods are both processed within 72 working hours.
• Winners can be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from the Sizekhaya iLottery Wallet, or if the bet was placed through a banking app, the money can be auto-paid to the bank account through online banking channels.
• Sizekhaya also allows winners who placed bets online and in stores to claim at the Sizekhaya offices, where payment will be issued electronically and processed within 72 hours.
