Eskom Employee Experiences Kidnapping Ordeal in Johannesburg
According to the power utility, an Eskom employee was shot multiple times before being forcefully taken by a group of seven suspects. The unidentified employee was later found in the south of Johannesburg and taken to the hospital as reported by Jacarandafm.
Police are investigating the abduction, confirmed by Eskom’s Acting CEO, Calib Cassim.
The company condemns such violent acts and supports the employee and their family.
Eskom states that it will not tolerate any attacks on its staff and their families by anyone.
