khumalo did not hire hitmen

Sifiso Meyiwa said that Kelly Khumalo did not hire hitmen to kill his brother, Senzo Meyiwa. Last week, allegations emerged against the singer. She was implicated in the murder. However, the slain soccer star’s brother vehemently refutes claims of her involvement. IOL reports that Investigating Officer Brigadier Bongani Gininda testified that two of the accused, Muzikawukhulelwa Sibiya and Bongani Ntanzi, had pointed to Khumalo as the one who ordered the killing.

In an exclusive interview with eNCA, Sifiso Meyiwa dismisses these allegations, accusing Gininda of fabrication. He asserts that Kelly did not hire hitmen to kill Senzo and claims that the real perpetrator is being protected. Despite court evidence linking Khumalo to the murder accused, Sifiso questions the authenticity of the evidence, accusing Gininda of planting it and manipulating the case.

Sifiso, with over 20 years in the police, challenges the hitman narrative, stating that the murder scene doesn’t resemble professional hitman work. Additionally, he accuses the State of colluding with Gininda and not seeking justice. One accused, Ntanzi, claims Gininda offered him R3 million for a confession, an allegation Gininda denies. Sifiso believes such offers have occurred before.

Sifiso has vowed to pursue justice until the real perpetrator is caught. His brother was killed on October 26, 2014, at Khumalo’s Vosloorus home. Five men are standing trial for his murder. The trial continues on Monday.
