Zimbabwean influencer Ndoyisile Sibindi shared a TikTok vlog revealing he is paying R25,000 a month for a furnished rental in Cape Town, a video that drew strong reactions from South African viewers.

The day-in-the-life clip, posted on 20 July 2026, follows Ndoyisile as he checks out of his previous accommodation at 10am, shoots a campaign submission, packs and travels to his new apartment. He recorded different parts of the journey across multiple locations before arriving at the rental.

What the apartment includes

In the tour Ndoyisile shows a space described as fully furnished. He highlights appliances and items such as a mini bar fridge, kettle, air fryer, toaster, microwave and plates, rather than a full kitchen. He singled out the bathroom, showing both a shower and a bathtub and a collection of bathing products he called “a whole shopping centre.”

On the price: a one-month stay

Acknowledging the cost, Ndoyisile said:

“I got that bed for 25,000. Yes, you can get more in Gauteng, but we are not in Gauteng, and we need a place to stay,”

and added:

“I think this is gonna work. I mean, it’s just for a month.”
