Joburg Police Hospitalise Alleged Armed Robbers, Recover Stolen Car and Firearms After Shootout

Alleged armed robbers, suspected in Gauteng robberies, had a shootout with Joburg police. Authorities arrested four men in Cyrildene, Johannesburg. They are aged 44 to 49 years. According to IOL, police seized stolen firearms, ammunition, and a stolen car.

Two suspects ended up in hospital while police detained the other two. The suspects opened fire on police. They caused a collision, and two suspects were shot. Others were apprehended. The arrested men face multiple charges. Additional charges may follow.
