Gauteng Township Filling Station Hit by ATM Bombings

ATMS were bombed at a filling station in a Gauteng township. The incident happened early Monday morning at the Engen Armstrong filling station on Moshoeshoe Road in Sebokeng, Gauteng. Two ATMs were damaged in the explosions—one inside the convenience store and the other outside.

Eyewitnesses saw confusion as the robbers fled with money. Sergeant Nthabiseng Mokhachane, a Sebokeng police spokeswoman, confirmed a case of ATM bombing. This incident is the second in the area this month, prompting an investigation by law enforcement agencies.
