The police in Gauteng have arrested six suspects in connection with the hijacking and murder of Kaizer Chiefs player Luke Fleurs, which occurred in the early morning of Wednesday. Fleurs, a budding soccer star aged 24, was lost in a hijacking incident a week ago at a gas station in northwest Johannesburg, according to Jacaranda FM.

The perpetrators, who were nabbed in Slovoville, Soweto, were identified and captured by the squad led by the crime intelligence unit of the police force. The stolen vehicle, which had already been stripped, was recovered earlier on Monday.
