Cruise line says utensil was removed from service
In a statement shared on Instagram, Carnival confirmed that the fork seen in the viral video was intended for dining purposes and not for personal foot care.
The cruise operator said its crew addressed the matter with the guest as soon as they became aware of the situation and removed the utensil from service.
