The City of Tshwane has announced the full restoration of the water supply in the affected areas of Region 7. This comes after weeks of an outage caused by the Bronkhorstspruit pump breakdown. “Tshwane kept to its commitment that it would take a few days for the system to recover and stabilise before full water supply is restored to all the areas in Region 7.” Due to the infrastructure network connection, Full supply has been restored in Ekangala and Rethabiseng, except in Rethabiseng Extension 4. The section will start receiving water once there is enough water pressure in the area. High-lying areas in the metro are also receiving water.
